Hi Guys, so my 160GB Intel 320 SSD decided to go F*ck up today. Encase some of you want to know its a firmware bug which sets the device to 8MB and causes it to error.Data is irretrievable and all the suggested fixes don't work. I'm not sure if it is under warranty still so i'm looking around for a new one until the store opens tomorrow.

So I'm looking at replacing it but with a larger device. I want a fast 250GB SDD (possibly 2 depending on price).

I've had the Crucial M4 before and they were verily decent, can you guys recommend any other drives that might be better?

I use the machine for gaming mainly but also so video editing/capture at 1080p (hence the possible 2nd drive). When i do a re install i will be running windows 8 64bit.

Thanks guys, I think i'm going to go with the Toshiba going to avoid Plextor as this intel drive has rubbish firmware they haven't fixed for 2 years.

Better specs and the cost is reasonable. Hopefully all goes well.
