Hi, we're in the process of taking on a new restaurant in New Zealand, everything is going to plan so far, but in the time we've been planning, the only thing we're struggling for is a name for our restaurant.
We've had a couple of ideas but nothing where i've thought 'that's the one!'
The theme of our bar / restaurant will include locally sourced ingredients, home cooked food and locally sourced craft beers and wines, we have a huge beer garden where we're currently looking at the legalities of showing movies under the stars, (yes, we have a proper summer here
), with loads of bean bags etc. We want to be completely family orientated and we have a great kids play area which we hope to expend on too. we have a huge smoker so can smoke loads of foods. Anyway, i won't go on, i'll create an entirely new thread once we've got the keys and show you guys around, and the progress we make in the next 3 months whilst we get set up.
However, as i said, we just need inspiration for a name, ideas so far....
