Restaurant name?

Does the building have any history that might make life easy. Is it an old pub or restaurant, was it a farmers merchants or other interesting old business.....? What's the town and region called?

Adding a serious response, be careful you don’t go overkill with the whole “locally sourced, organic, super healthy, smell your own farts” vibe - I’m sure you won’t but working such a thing into your place’s name could have that effect. I find those sorts of places a little off putting and I’m sure I’m not alone.

Also, have you thought about naming it after an animal? Everyone loves an animal. Platypus? Porcupine? Anything like that!

Probably don't call your place after the place that was called the best in New Zealand 3 years ago.

Hmmm, this is so frustrating, whatever name i come up with it'll have been used! I thought of Roots based on a place in England we used to know.

We've looked into this too, it's near Warkworth, north of Auckland, it's directly on state highway 1 (SH1) with a constant stream of traffic, even more so in summer with the holiday traffic, it's strategically placed nearly half way between Auckland and Whangarei so an ideal stopping point for people travelling to and from their holiday destinations.
The history? It was discovered / named by a Northumbrian (UK) it's named after Warkworth in Northumberland. I'm not going to post any pictures yet, i want to save them for a new post in the coming week or so. I've had the email stating that the business is ours from the real estate agent, but until the lease is signed by both parties, i'm not getting too excited.
