** Retailer of the Year 2013!!! **

Based purely on my experiences with you guys and that of my family and friends who I told to buy from you, it doesn't come as a surprise.

Never had an issue with your service, if a product was faulty or even if it my was mistake and chose the wrong component there are no quibble and no fuss. Every time I have come into the store the staff have been polite and couldn't be more helpful.

Also patient, I was waiting for some parts to be brought through and a bloke came up to the counter and said I want a computer but had no idea what he wanted. I don't know how you can deal with those people sometimes!
 
Well done OCUK, fantastic to see you finally win even when I personally think you deserved this award on other occasions.

Been a customer with you since the early days and stayed loyal, never been let down.
