I've had a few hardware issues this past year and every bit of correspondence I've had, whether it be via webnote or over the phone has been quick, polite and most importantly; helpful. OcUK also has a rather annoying knack of having some great deals... my wallet does not appreciate it!

Its great to see the OcUK team rewarded for their hard work, I have been shopping here for years and love how committed the team are, great offers all the time and one of the best measures of a company is how they deal with things when they go wrong and whenever I have had a delivery/warranty issue the OcUK staff have been right on it with lightning efficiency, its got to the point now where even if a competitor is cheaper I still shop with OcUK 99% of the time because the service is that great and combined with the free postage and Haribo its just a level above the competition.
