good skils, looks factory fit![]()
I wondered if the games are on the net to dl and put on a disk, surely most of the games are freeware? Not sure if it's possible to do or if it's still breaking copyright ect
quite! I couldn't see that it was a mod! Quick question though - does the case still fit on? Looks slightly proud of the PCB from the pic?
Today I just got this for £35 from Level Up games in Canterbury, been looking everywhere for one

Amiga 500
However I was a bit upsetSo many games i've kept for well over 10years no longer work when I got them from the loft today *disk corrupt* or garbled boot screens. I was able to play some two player games with my brother those that worked
. Now the Amiga 500 is back in storage for keepers just need an external drive, 1meg extension, Deuteros/Dragons Breath game

Easily. I do mods (Which I can't mention in here due to it probably being labelled as piracy talk) that stick up higher than the battery socket shown and it closes fine. I've been thinking of adding the battery socket too but haven't gotten round to it yet.

wow, are these easy to do? What about for someone who is rubbish at soldering?
I am now panicing a bit about how many of my SNES/N64 games batteries are dying![]()
Should be pretty simple even for those that have never soldered. I'd recommend using the sockets shown by the other poster as using the stock tabs can be quite tricky to get right.

Should've known better, it got here with a loose component freely rattling around within the unit, doesn't work either, powers on but no image - TV reporting no signal via AV/EXT
Messaged the seller - no reply yet, but why should I have to pay return postage?!
Good times
- Got a response:
HI thanks for your email,
I’m sorry this doesn’t work, I will arrange for a courier to come and collect this. Could you please let me know the best day for you. Once it’s been collected I can issue you a full refund.
Hope this resolves the issue
Kind regards
That is the option the seller given me, trying to work it out between us, sounds a bit dodge. It is that or to resolution centre it goes...
Awww not good, but the seller still seems reputable enough based on feedback and charity stuff. Is the box etc in as good a condition as it looks in the picture?
I'd still be tempted to hang on to it and get some kinds of part refund/ let them off at that price, its not like a working Megadrive is rare.![]()
what do you mean sorry sockets shown by the other poster?
