They can, quite happily. It's a very very small minority of poorly educated people, generally from deprived backgrounds who cause these problems, from both sides of the rainbow.
These incidents are becoming more and more frequent, but compared to the total population they're still very isolated.

You do say some silly things.
To be fair London's a pretty big place with an awful lot of people in it; as with any big city there are nice areas and nasty areas, but the media will always latch on to negative news so a negative impression of the whole city is created.
They are becoming more and more reported in the media.....probably the number of incidents is unchanged.

Apart from a few areas it's a nice place to live in. Every city and large town has a few bad spots and that doesn’t mean it’s a horrible place to live in. Far from it!
