returning a failed hdd

this has probably been asked before!

but have any of you guys returned a failed hdd that has your TV shows / movies etc?

They don't care what's on your drives, they don't even look.

just dont expect you "tv shows/movies" to be still there when you get it back if thats what you're asking

yeah I know, just wondered if they check the data on your drive...

nothing dodgy, just tv/movies (normal movies)

Nope, I'd imagine the first thing they do is do a complete wipe/scan of the drive. But you could always load up the manufacturers testing software, there is usually an option to write zeros.
