returning car to dealer after 2 faults

They got a good outcome, won the case, able to claim most of the items they wanted to claim for, though the biggest 2 they couldn't were tax for the old car and on going repairs. Judge said only couldn't because they weren't claimed for in the initial claim made in March, though tried to argue that how would we know how long this would go on for, so claiming £25 per month of road tax, rather than the £20 per year for the newer car we should have been able to be using, felt unfair, but none the less, good outcome.

The issue now is seeing the money. They were told 14 days to pay, and then once paid they have 28 to take the car. Guy tried to claim he's uber driver and on benefits now so has no money, however the company that has taken over his old spot is not his but "his friends".

just called the guy as he's not replying to messages.

he answered and i was vague about picking up the car, and he wanted to know which car. once he realised which it was he quickly said "you got the wrong number", i said no it's definitely you, and he hung up. many call attempts and he doesn't answer now, and blocked the number from calling.

wondered what peoples thoughts are now. he seems to still be in the trade given the start of the call and too scared to talk now, even to just say "no i'm not going to pay"
