I bought the new iPad on Sunday in Currys and whilst its a fun device I've now became bored and don't really have a use for it. Can I return it or does it need to be unopened, damaged or faulty for return?

They're in fairly short supply so to be honest dependent on the model you shouldn't have any trouble getting 95% of your money back if not all of it if it's pristine and you have the receipt.

Edit: By selling it I mean. They won't take it back.

At least Magnolia gave an answer unlike Schizophonic, thanks guys looks like I'll have to sell it as new for 10-20 quid cheaper than I bought it.

I fully understand it's my own fault I was just unsure after reading their terms and conditions if any forum users had experienced differently.

Now that's what you call more money than sense, eBay/gumtree the iPad tbh

Not really, I enjoyed using it in-store thought it would have it's uses which it does but it's just going to make me lazier. I want to sell it for money towards a good mountain bike.

Yes they do but I have read up on terms and conditions before and have been treated differently in-store...

You could try and do what I did with Argos but you've got to make sure they have sold out.
Just tell them it keeps going faulty when it's been on for an hour and is there any chance of a replacement.
Yeah I know I'm a dirty chav but it worked and I was able to take my refunded £199, put £200 to it and then buy the camcorder I really wanted from the same place.
