This is an amazing concept/idea which involves the whole building moving around an axis (I presume) and revolving from top to bottom.

As you might have guessed, the only place this would suit currently is Dubai.

Italian architect David Fisher has unveiled his plans to create the world's first revolving skyscraper.

Taller than the Empire State Building, the so-called Dynamic Tower will be built in Dubai, with a second version featuring a retractable helicopter pad, later planned for Moscow.

I like a lot. Can position each floor thing to be the least obstructive in high wind for example which would probably help a lot. But *** wind turbine idea is awesome really. This going green thing is silly in the best of respects but a little here and there like this idea is good i think.

It's really quite a neat idea, all the floors will spin permanently but at different speeds, taking between 1 and 3 hours to do a full rotation, all access is obviously through the central shaft including vehicle access, if you pay the $ you get a parking space outside your door and then take your car in the lift (that's what the picture of the ferrari by the window is all about)

the wind turbine thing is a really nice idea but will it really be enough to power the building? are there any horizontal wind turbines already in use? obviously they should be impervious to wind direction, but if they are why aren't there more in use?

Finding your office has moved during the day could cause problems.
We have a similar building here already
watch it here
It is above an old Yates Wine Lodge and after coming out of there I've seen building sway :)

If it does actually get built that would be very impressive.. I imagine the maintenance costs would be ridiculous though. So with all their money, dubai would definately be the place for this kind of project.
