nope, i've definitely never read all that before so maybe i'm not going nuts.
i knew you'd be working with your hands, that's just the kind of guy you come across as.

Heh, two of my favorite sayings are :

"Everything I like is either illegal, immoral, or fattening."

"If I ain't got nothing to do, I'll FIND something to do, and it's generally not healthy for me or the environment. Best to keep me busy."

And yes, I'm best at jobs that keep me working with my hands. I'm not a desk type person (you wouldn't know it by the amount of hours I spend on here :p).

I think the Peak power developed by this car is amazing but I will stick by what I said in another post on this forum months ago.

To produce over 100bhp per cylinder , the heat which has to be disapated is immense. In my opinion it would be very very dificult to substain the amount of thermals produced for a continued period of time.

The super saloons 3 door cosworths that raced up here at Knockhill ran 500bhp or so and would require a rebuild if they where lucky twice a season.

If Martins engine runs for 10,000 miles before a rebuild then Id take my hat off to him. But I still have major reservations over the longevity of any engine which runs at at anywhere near this level.

The technology involved is a constantly developing factor and I have no doubt they know what there doing so I hope to be proven wrong.

testing at dono yesterday.

had to run 0.8 bar and a 5k rev limit due to noise issues but it may have been induction noise putting it over the limit

Thanks to phil for the pics
