Lol .... If no power is going to the front diff then no power is lost through the front diff therefore less transmission loss than when running at 4wd is the way i see it. Anyhow what an amazing car i want to see it in some vids:D

i'm limited to what i can take on.
i have the space, tools and finances...but time and a lack of certain skills hold me back.
time is the main thing but i can't weld to save my life and my wiring skills are pretty basic.
that's one of the things that made me sit up and take notice of the 335 conversion you first mentioned, namely that broadly speaking it's a series of spanner jobs.

0-100: 6.06 seconds

This is from '05. That is hideously (almost scary) fast.

Awesome build.

OT but Mickey, what do you do for a living?
been reading your stuff all this time and i honestly can't remember reading where you stated your occupation.
i know your ex-military but that's about as far as my knowledge goes.

I currently work at Woodmaster in the siding department doing the finish assembly on the furnaces. I do welding, insulation, sheet metal cutting and installing, painting, and drive the forklift to deliver the finished product to shipping.

Phew!!! Quite a long winded description there!! :p

nope, i've definitely never read all that before so maybe i'm not going nuts.
i knew you'd be working with your hands, that's just the kind of guy you come across as.

Looks very nice, please don't kill it! ;)

the most i've ever seen for a road car YB was Turbosystems desert storm conversion circa £35k and something like 630 BHP

.

I used to work @ DHL opposite Turbosystems, I have fond memories of Tony Mannock (?) & other loonies "testing" it!  :D

was that the Sapphire with Ford "tiger stripes" but in lots of nasty colours instead of the usual shades of blue?
