Far too busy to get 3 workouts in the week, frustrating. Should thankfully get the clear for next week, thank God...

Really poor again from me and getting in the gym again, major frustrating. Striving for consistency this summer has just been a 'mare

Busted my finger during cricket on Sunday, pretty bruised up and no way I can live a bar. Is there any exercises I can do in the meantime without any bar involvement?
