Five letter word that can also be One letter. main clue that i got from it was from the first sentence.

Me too, baffled. If you right click view page source there is a clue, but it doesn't seem to help.

i've found four. right click and select all.
Still not figured it out though.
Once you've found a few you have to do the numbers
Basic maths knowledge required, once you have E you know what O is, that sort of thing.
yup, i've seen the clue, but not helped me yet. Note that the clue doesn't say "This is not a red herring", it says "This is a not red herring" - but no idea what the numbers are about yet???

Think of the different ways to spell BBQ or the individual letters.
I finally did 10, very satisfying figuring that one out.
right click select all, will show a hint. then think of the hint when looking at the main word.
