Ah i see, i all new to this side of it, i was plug and play up to now 
I will just be happy if i can play BF3 and BF4 with reasonable FPS (I was getting 15-20 tops from my last system with everything on low), if it does that i won't overclock

A small overclock (e.g. 4GHz) is well worth it on the CPU. It won't cause heat problems and gives a boost, but you can get to that later.
