most of them probably took steroids or some other muscle boosting injections , arnie seems to be doing okay though and we knew he took them, it seems like it was fairly common back around those times

cept of course for the multiple heart bypasses just before he filmed terminator 3...

Macho Man, like many wrestlers tbh, was a good entertainer and became a legend because of it, known the world over.

RIP to him.
