So.. iv cancelled my premium to spotify only to see how bad there free service is, full of ads, skip limits and suggested songs

What good replacements are there ? Don't want to pay as much if anything
Tempted to go back to loading my SD Card if not but prefer not too

It's very good. I dont use spotify, i use google play music. much of a muchness but i've got the play music family plan, £14.99 and covers 6 people. huge VFM considering how much music we listen to.

You want full access to millions of songs, streamed and downloaded, without adverts, skip limits or any other restrictions, and you want to pay nothing for it....?

As skeeter said, you want stuff you pay for it.

Though obviously if you have a music libary, google music is the place to be.

The ability to upload your own music is available on the free Google Music account too.

This. If you already own the songs you can upload them to Google Music and stream them to your devices for free.

I think Microsoft also does something similar with Xbox music and music files on One Drive?

I didn't know i could do this with google music, spotify was good as i use 2 phones and a tablet. Ill look into google music now, iv a quite big library but not all my music, Cheapest place to buy music now? just so i can get the mp3 files (without drm stuff) and use em on my devices

Google Music sells standalone songs/albums as well ;). There's also a download option in MP3 format and DRM free so you can play them on any device with any player. Amazon does as well but I haven't really used them in a while.

You don't pay a tenner, you pay £2.50 each between the four of you (or similar with google).

If you want cheap, just download what you want from kat and upload to your own google music account. If you want something hassle free, then pay the £2.50.....it's a cup of coffee a month!
