is that tribute online, be nice to see it again

Im not sure, It was pretty much a Segment of him and his life and career on a tv Program Called Today Tonight.

You can have a look around if you want.
The TV channels in Australia are ABC, Chanel 7, Chanel 9, and Channel 10

All should have a some things on him more then likely. The tribute segment thing was on Channel 7 or 9

The beauty of the man would have been if he'd survived the accident he would have been the very first to vehemently defend the stingrays right to protect itself and its environment and it was basically nature taking its course. Top bloke, I hope his family are going to be ok, I bet he was a fantastic dad as well.

Thing is though, Stingrays generally aren't dangerous iirc. They're quite placid animals and aquariums always have them in their touchy feely area for people to stroke. They'll only sting if they are being harassed, and the sting isn't usually deadly. I think this was just plain bad luck! :(

Really liked Steve Urwin and enjoyed all his programmes. He was a truly fantastic guy. RIP :(
Yeh, he was very unluckey :(, they rarely attack, he's like the 3rd person ever to get killed by one :(. RIP

This thread is surely testimony to the mans brilliance. Not only was he an entertainer, but a husband, and father. He will be sorely missed.

Thats a bit distasteful and too soon really, there is a time and place for jokes like that and I don't think this is it.

Must admit a bit gutted. But its a mad way for a mad little man to go. I think this is the best way. I couldnt ever see him as frail 65yr old on the tv poking crocs with his walking stick.

RIP, my thoughts are with his family

It wasn't the sting that killed him, it was the fact that he was "stabbed" in the heart :(.

Still trying to take it in that he's gone :(.

I know, exactly. Very freak accident for the stinger to have hit his heart.
