So I have here 4 x 512MB sticks of 667Mhz Crucial Ballistix, a friend gave them to me but they're all faulty - very strange.
Thanks to Crucial's awesome RMA service on their site, I've been able to send in an RMA request despite having no proof of purchase.
What do you guys think I'm likely to get back as a replacement? Do they still have DDR2 memory to send as replacements, or will they send me DDR3, or might I get a credit or something?
Just looking to see if anyone else has done anything similar recently.
Cheers.
