Need a favour

Does anyone have a Krytonite New York Lock ?
mine wont work anymore, want to replace it with a longer one , M18?
if anyone has one, I'm confused with dimensions on websites

mine is measuring (from end to end to where the key goes in, 27cm)
with a width of 14cm

the box says is a standard one, but not sure

Assos FI.Uno's are around that price at the moment, Castelli Velocissimo, if you can stretch to £120 the Castelli Free Aero's have the premium Progetto X2 pad which is flipping brilliant.

Free Aeros for £107, no brainer. I have 2 pairs, excellent bibs.

Just taken delivery of mine superb quality and very comfy thanks again for the recommendation:)

Where did you them from and price? After some of those ..

Would you recommend (a budget) bike speedometer, I don't need anything fancy, just speed in km/h, mp/h and what distance I've traveled.

For those features, basically anything will do. Halfords have them starting as low as £9, and you can probably get something cheaper on amazon or eBay, though you might be getting into crap territory at that point. The main thing to consider that may be worth paying a bit more for is a wireless one, so you don't have to run a wire from the computer to the sensor on the fork. The cheapest one of those that Halfords have is £20.

I personally have a sigma wired computer which has been very good, which cost about £25. I also have a wireless one which platypus sent me for free, though that's waiting on my new bike to arrive before it can be pressed into service.

I've got a Halfords 7 function computer on my commuter and have just (as in today) fitted a Cateye Velo 7 to my new road bike.

Both seem to do the job, the Cateye is easier to set-up, seems to refresh faster and the button is better (click on the Cateye vs soft touch on the Halfords computer).

I was also looking at the Topeak Panoram V12 which has a nice sized display. If you don't require GPS tracking, they're all pretty similar.

Committed the cardinal sin tonight.

Jumped on someones wheel on my way home, was really struggling as didn't have enough to eat today, wasn't concentrating because of cars in the bike lane, and rubbed his rear wheel. Felt very bad, luckily the guy was very cool and we swapped over a couple of times, which I was thankful for on the way back home. Just couldn't get going into the wind!

I think I got the last package from Wiggle. They were doing 2 GP4 Season tyres and 2 tubes for £67. Still not really that cheap, but having used them for over a year commuting through Central London in all weather I'm totally sold on the reliability of these tyres.

They are still doing individual 23mm tyres with 30% off.

Yeah I saw that deal , didn't seem that cheap to me TBH. Plus I don't rate Conti inner tubes. I may of just had a bad batch of 3 but never again. Schwalbe inners for me all the way.

Sounds like 4 Season are the way to go.

The cardinal sin was wheel sucking instead of dropping his sorry ass right?:p

That's the one. Altho he had been riding about 300 yards, whereas I was 6.5 miles in. That's my excuse Haha. He needed to sort out his indexing badly. Was all over the show with his gears truing to shift.

Yeah, I was thinking of spending 20 quid on the spedo. The bike is going to be delivered tomorrow, can't wait to test it out :)

Edit

How accurate will the speedo (20 pounds budget) be? It would be interesting to see how many miles I've done and what sort of speed I'm traveling at. I'll have a look at wiggle for wireless at around 20'ish..

Yeah, my order for shoes and cleats with them is still processing too, ordered on Monday - I'm itching to get out properly on my new (to me, and my first!) road bike.
