Without wishing to be rude, but aren't you two in the wrong thread if you want to flirt over your weightz?
Taken the plunge (with reimbursement from parents pending) on a gabba! Hope it's worth all the hype!
I feel your pain - even with my lowly weightsI think if you can possibly squeeze something in at home it's the way to go, though I can see your point about getting out/gym partner stuff. Unfortunately my main gym partner has moved on to do stuff at ridiculous times in the morning with his gf and tbh even when he was up for stuff I'd often want to do my own thing at my own times so....
Basically I just need to bite the bullet and get something set up. Also, make sure that doing so won't really **** off the guy I live with![]()

would be easy for.. my brother is into lifting too.. hha.. but I prefer going to gym, makes things easier![]()
what's wrong with gym btw? is it time? or do you simply dislike going?

Only got an hour to spare? Tabata Protocol for FTP gainz.

Hadn't heard of that but it sounds very interesting. I might give it a try
edit: Looks pretty similar to some of the HIIT type stuff I've seen floating around. Is that a fair assessment?
Haven't really had sore/weak legs for awhile actually.
Even up climbs i was strong. Really surprised myself.
Took yesterday off cycling to look after a mate who broke his collarbone on first day of cycling holiday! Today i cycled 52miles in 3hrs through a gorge and out other side to Avignon. Quick pace that i impressed myself with. Could comfortably do 22/23mph on flat mile after mile.Even up climbs i was strong. Really surprised myself.
On Eurostar back now. So 2 mountains, loads of Cols, 1 breakdown, 0 punctures, maybe buckled wheel after todays ride, about 210-220miles on 4 rides.
Not a bad introduction into mountain cycling. I tell you what though - no wonder the French are so strong at cycling with alps on doorstep!! What a place!!

Only a short ride for me this evening, but that included some berk starting a 3 point turn just in front of me, so I had to nip behind him and hope I made it past before he reversed, a taxi driver turning right on a roundabout across my path when I had right of way, and some idiot pedestrian ambling into the road without looking either way such that I had to swerve round him. Argh!

What a tube, dumb enough to do it to start with but to do it with no brakes...
wow. I don't know why no-brakes is such a fad!
