hopefullly my lights should be here too tommorow :)

Is your stem angled down? (i cant really tell from the pic) Try flipping it over.
If not, try and find a stem with a big angle that will bring the bars up higher.

Can you move the stem up the steerer tube anymore? It's hard to tell, but it looks like you might have a spacer on top of the stem? Try sticking it underneath.

Could also try an offset/kinked seatpost to bring your saddle further forward.

There is a spare spacer and I can flip the stem. I found that dropping the bars alleviated some of my back pain but now I don't feel planted on the bike, for lack of a better explanation. Always shuffling around. I need to find a happy medium I guess.

Im getting a bike fit next week as i have back issues as it is - your pic seems to show a fair curve to your back - ideally your back should be doing an s shape and its clear from the pic yours isn't - random pic from a search but look how much straighter her back is on similar hood position;

I
I already have an 80mm stem on the bike but I feel too stretched out and find myself sliding onto the nose of my saddle which brings a whole new world of discomfort. :p I had a 110mm stem on before which gave me a lot of upper back/shoulder pain from reaching too far.

If you're saddle is as far forward as it can be at the moment and it's a standard with a little layback yet you're still sitting on the nose, consider a zero layback seatpost. This change made a fair bit of difference to my ride comfort. May or may not work for you.

Couldn't cycle too much this week...
We had water cut on Monday and it took them 36hours to fix it so had to use public transport in order not to sweat too much as there was no way I could use the shower...
And no water again today and Monday next week...
Last time they said they need 7hours and it took them 36....

I wonder if I will have water for the weekend....

Part of that is because I have terrible posture but I can see how it would also come from the bars being too far away/too low.

Is there any danger in having the saddle too far forward (relative to the BB say)?

If not, I'm sure you can collect plenty of rain water! Looking to be a wet weekend.

On a different note, I've been considering going to full stealth mode and removing the COSMIC decals from my wheels. What do you guys reckon? The problem is obviously I can't test the idea as the stickers will be ruined once removed. Maybe someone with mad photoshop skillz can hide them for me?

Well yes, that is exactly what I thought. I checked the weather on the BBC yesterday, and Sunday was a complete washout.

Driving to work this morning, the weather reporter on the radio said it was going to be a fairly decent weekend. I've just rechecked the weather, and now it looks dry! For me at least!

Got a larger, higher quality picture?

Edit: It's ok, I'm managing.

can you let us know how you get on? i was looking at buying that off that exact seller so feedback would be good.

I have one as I have said to Shadowness on another forum. Used it this morning and very happy with it. I'll try and get some photos later to show the output.

I have the Cosmics too, I too was considering removing the graphics, but the trouble with my Boardman bike is there's crap loads of graphics on the frame/forks too!

So I think the graphics on the wheels match the OTT graphics on the frame too.

And I like the look of them when they're spinning too lol

Well this is an attempt. Not fantastic. I've only done one wheel for now as I should really be doing work :p

I don't normally like brands being plastered all over things, but I actually prefer them with the decals I think.

Cheers for that topgun06! It's better than anything I could 'shop.

I have to say I'm still undecided, I quite like how the rear looks in that pic too. I should probably focus on more important things though like getting fitter and more powerful!:p
