And thats why the driver got ****ed off
The cyclist is taking Primary position 100 or so yards from the junction, exactly as he should do to prevent getting left hooked by blind or incompetent drivers who haven't the patience to wait ten seconds..

You say it as if he shouldn't have been there, which was the reason for putting "and" in my original reply as it appeared the same line of thinking

No its not.
Clearly something happened before that. You dont try to kill somebody for poor lane discipline.

Yes they had a "heated argument" about being cut up on a previous roundabout (who cut who up isn't clear from my reading) then the cyclist parked his bike in front of the bus, got off and bent the bus windscreen wipers.
Bus driver took umbrage to this and tried to kill cyclist with the bus.

I'm sat here up all night as I spent so long doing some random crap...so I decided to look at the prices of stuff on Saddlebacks B2B site :|

£350 for a rear chris king hub??? or £440 if you fancy ceramic bearings!
£200 for a ceramic speed BB33 bottom bracket. Really? Two bearings? £200?

Want to all chip in and start growing some grass in a loft or something?

Derailleur adjustment?

Having cleaned and greased my cables I now seem to have a problem shifting into a higher gear i.e. onto the smaller rear cog. It's slow to change up and I can't even get it onto the very smallest cog. Cable too tight or too loose?

Limit screws need adjusting by the sound of things. Adjust the high limit screw so you can get into the top cog and then work with the barrel adjust on the rear mech until it shifts smoothly.

Thanks. That's odd, as it went on the smallest cog fine before I gave it a service and I'm 99% sure I didn't touch the limit screws.

So if it's failing to shift up I need to tighten the cable = turn barrel anti-clockwise?

Oh, sorry, no. I read that wrong (thought you meant biggest sprocket).
For the little sprocket, asprilla is right, sounds like limit screws need adjusting. Or possibly the cable is too tight - is there any tension on the cable when its in the smallest sprocket?

This is probably a silly question as I haven't ridden clipless before but have I ordered some Ultegra 6700 Carbon pedals and wondering if they would normally come with cleats or if I need to order them separately?

And whilst I'm asking any recommendations on decent road shoes around £100?

They will come with cleats.

Have a look on CRC, they sent an email out a couple of days ago saying they had a clothing/shoes sale.

There is another on the homepage for £12 off an £80 spend for today though.

Theres so much choice in shoes its bewildering. The R087 SPD seem to get good reviews just need to figure out if I need the regular or wide pair now :/

Just been to check, when the chain is on the smallest possible front and back cogs the chain feels very slack, I can easily push it to the down tube.

It should. That's why you should never use that gearing combo.

I think thats a typo? he means that the cable is very slack. Theres something very wrong if you can push the chain against the down tube.

SORRY yes I meant that the CABLE is very slack when the chain is on the smallest rings.

God how to add confusion eh? Going to try screwing the barrel in one turn before I go home this afternoon and see how that goes.
