.Having cleaned and greased my cables I now seem to have a problem shifting into a higher gear i.e. onto the smaller rear cog. It's slow to change up and I can't even get it onto the very smallest cog. Cable too tight or too loose?

Have a look on CRC, they sent an email out a couple of days ago saying they had a clothing/shoes sale.
Just been to check, when the chain is on the smallest possible front and back cogs the chain feels very slack, I can easily push it to the down tube.
