My legs gave up about 2 miles from home
I need some new gels. I bought that marathon pack from discount supplements and the gels, although they work it seems, are FOUL.
What doesn't taste like dogs bottom?
I really like the sis gels tropical and orange are just standard and the berry has caffeine as well.

Speaking of Endemondo, is it at all possible to use my Garmin on endemondo or strava? so i dont have to use my phone?

Garmin will load up onto Strava no problem, I'm not sure of endemondo though.

Yes, that's what I do. You can upload directly from your Garmin (plugged in via usb) via both websites. You'll need to install the Garmin browser plug in, it's a painless procedure.

Which gels have you got? I got the groupon High 5 pack from Discount Supplements and they sent the banana flavoured gels. They are lovely. They're the only flavour that actually taste nice, and I look forward to having them.
Just to confirm, yes it works on both. I upload my rides to both sites from my Garmin 500.

looks like i already have the Garmin plug in on, so i need to have a go in a bit
hehehe no worry...I never cycled long distances...so if I would join, I would hope for 'normal' pace and not a race
all in all they said 'casual'
Yeah I'd just want to enjoy the ride, no racing or pressure to keep up a silly pace. Although, I would attack hills! Better to get them out of the way as quickly as possible.
