MTFU - Get out and ride you big girl:D

darn you.. you made me feel bad :( went out for a quick 9 mile ride.. nearly had a head on crash on going down hill which involved some epic moves by me and scared the crap out of the driver(won't lie i was crapping my self too)

went to get some drinks at tescos and forgot to stop my motoactv.. darn so my avg dropped from rubbish 17ish mph to 12 lol.

at least i know that i walk at around 2-4mph avg boom.

20mph is pretty quick.

Beating cars for the first few seconds is normal; you are in gear, have no clutch and gave max torque at 0 rpm.

20ish is around my cruising speed, but for a guy who hasn't ridden for 18 years its not bad :) get your self on strava arknor so you can see your average speed and so on.

Anyone need a bike under £1000?

Buy this. Buy it now. Right now.

Seriously. Now.

Wow, that's a great price.

In related news, the paint jobs/colour schemes on the genesis aluminium bikes are just beautiful.

I think I need a softer seat or a stronger bum :| hurts like I'm all bruised if I lean slightly to one side whilst seated lol

my bum was in pain for 2ish weeks till i got used to it :) im one of the guys that cycle in jeans, so i know the feels bro..

90% of guys in here cycle in lycra and cover their balls in cream ;)

I don't find it any more uncomfortable than walking in jeans tbh and I've not had a sweaty ass crack or groin so far.

the airflow keeps you nice and cool and I guess if you do get a sweaty crotch you can always open the cage whilst the beast is asleep and let some air in :D

i have a pair of jeans that can't keep my beast in place so the "air vent" opens up on its own and i get a nice cool breeze down there.. mind you cycling through central london with the vent open attracts some funny looks from chicks and sometimes guys..( :( )

Went out today with a couple of friends. Bloody hot.

One of them made the mistake of having 2 pints of Cider at the halfway point and he really struggled on the second half. :D

I'm half hoping its not this hot for next weekend's Cannock 100 sportive. 5 full 750ml bottles inc electrolytes and 2 full pints of diet coke at the pub and I still ran out of water before I got home.
