Cheers for the advice Roady and French. Normally I just ignore him, but I did shout back today. Suppose your right, I've not had much luck with the police, but haven't actively chased them after the initial report.

Anyone recommend a helmet mount for the Virb?

That road isn't all that narrow, the biker can probably safely overtake you without even having to cross the line...

I've started getting some anterior knee pain which is doing my head in. I seem to spend all week getting to the point where it doesn't hurt and then anything more than about 20 miles and I'm back to square one again.

Normally I'd look at my riding position but I've already had a bike fit and my current setup is really comfortable (except for the knee pain!). Anterior knee pain usually suggests my seat is too low though right? Might make some small adjustments once I feel alright again.

I've got the official/Garmin one and it worked well when snowboarding. I was already wearing a helmet mounted light so not tried the VIRB helmet mount when cycling but I didn't notice any problems with it when boarding. If anything it'll fit better as you have more vents in a cycling helmet...

It's not the pass which I think is the problem, it's the torrent of abuse!

Did they look at cleats in your fit? If you have the info check them. Cleat position is my current bug-bear as one of mine had moved!

Does anyone else have integrated bars?
I really like the look of the out front garmin mounts, but my bars are very wide where you would mount the garmin:

65mm right near the stem, and 45mm on the flat.
Any ideas on where to find one, or am I stuck with it on the stem?

Indeed, he can easily overtake me. He does give me quite a bit of room, but as Roady said it's the torrent of abuse that I dislike. I suspect I hold up some cars for a few brief moments, and he get's stuck behind them.

Whenever I've had knee pain from cycling it's been cleats

Anyone spotted these before?

I'm not a Marmite fan, but anyone spotted any other cool bottles? :D

I was going to grab myself another SiS 600ml as my 600ml High5 is getting harder and harder to pull the cap out when riding... The SiS ones are loads better and more comfortable to use!

Ok foska.com is awesome!

Each to their own clearly - I much prefer the High5 bottles to the SiS ones!

Hmmm. Cleats weren't looked at as part of my fit so it could be that actually, will do some research tonight. I seem to get niggling injuries in every single sport I do at the moment :(

Why so? I do prefer the wider neck of the High5 but I find the plastic of the tip/nobble/nipple hurts my teeth a little after a long ride/turbo session. The High5 bottles have a rubbery tip so I don't get the same 'teeth ache'.

@Roady I don't have Foska bottles but did get bought the Marmite jersey last year.

What's the quality and size/fit like?

Prob grab me one of these as it's a local ale, can't remember what it tastes like though lol ;)
