Headed out far too early this morning, it was bloody cold, few climbs soon changed that until the sun came out!
Went out to watch a local road race, Perfs, think this is it's 50th running! So been going a while, got to my first viewing point on the first hill of the circuit riders coming past followed by sounds of sirens and an ambulance was trying to get past them up a relatively narrow road!
Race had to be stopped just after they past me, so moved my viewing spot to bit further back around the course on a horrible corner that we use for my local TT, lot of balls for a big group to go around this corner together that's for sure.
It was toocold to hang around so shot off home after this seeing them come around for the 3rd lap, by this time the group had been blown apart with a group of about 10 out front, another group of 30 or so then some small fragment groups of 10 or so behind totalling 70 riders.
Didn't envy them out there today, but I suspect they're glad it wasn't raining like it did yesterday.
