CheekyI thought you were stronger than this for some reason! Still good power!

Physics...... ahem.
67mph is some going... kmph more likely? Either way an aero bike frame doesn’t add 20 to either, 2-5kmph max down a very steep long hill.
Seen cycling weekly posting up about issues with the Vector 3s.
Battery life, water ingress, power reporting very high spikes.

My FTP is 320w.
I find you can’t compare smart trainer times between riders, some are running super fast and some slower than actual real world speeds.
There are people in my club with times of 48mins, 51mins and 52 mins up the vitutal climb but I blow them away on real roads.

Where you wearing an air brake?Nope - none of those, The Allez just would not go above 47(ish) mph

-1 here this morning! Some ice/frost on cars but roads & cyclepaths clear. Sun was really warm though and with less wind around than yesterday it actually felt warmer.Well after the 3 degrees winter commute this morning, cold & windy overcast 8 degree lunch, it's now fairly still wind, blazing sunshine and 15 degrees here. April go away.
Definitely can't compare! The only way to compare would be using the exact same trainers, in the same environment calibrated at the same time. Even then you may see as much as a 10% difference. Too many variations, even temperature fluctuation can cause large swings in accuracy on a single trainers data.I find you can’t compare smart trainer times between riders, some are running super fast and some slower than actual real world speeds.

That too!Bit creative with their Zwift weight I suspect. Honestly I don't know why people can't just be honest.

Anyone with any experience of baby trailers? Halfords have one on a deal for £90 (& BC discount?!) and from reading a few reviews it'll do for us as a starting point to figure out if it'll work to take mini^roady to childcare/nursery at this early stage (he's 7 months old and starts in 2 months time). Most of the recommended/best ones start at £400/500!![]()
Finally got around to reading that article, thanks for linking, really enjoyed it! Good to see that alu seems to have a future. It needs innovative brands like Cannondale & Specialized working with it, the small brands just can't innovate the same.

Most of the cheaper ones are not, they tend to start at 12 months+ when the real difference between them and the more expensive ones is a supportive seat for junior and solid floors. Both easy to do on a cheaper trailer. Reading most forums kids seem to fall asleep really easily (find that with car journeys too!) so the age restriction links to them being strong enough to support their head even when sleeping, if I fit a seat in there it'll make it more comfortable for him and can also support his head/neck.Most of them are not rated for infants.

Good luck! Saw your warm up hurricane session on Strava, your power looks good!My race season (fixed wheel, outdoor velodrome, vets (40+) league) starts Friday this week.
I'm crapping myself!

IMG_20180501_090157 by Jon Richy, on FlickrHi all. in need for some advice here.
My disk breaks on my hybrid dont respond and stop the wheels well unless i press quite hard on it.
When i first got the bike, a slight tap on the breaks and you could literally fly off the bike.
Is there a way to adjust it and if so, how?
i have ridden about 10miles a day mon to fri for over a year now with this bike! There's no way to adjust the force required but you can adjust the biting point in/out using a screw on the inside of the lever.
How many miles have you done? Could it need new pads? Also discs/pads could be contaminated with oil.

Good luck with it. Looking at your hurricane session, did you use your road bike? Only reason I asked was that your average power is lower than your weighted average and if you rode a fixed wheel then they should be pretty much the same I would have thought
Is this a reply to me?The most likely causes are :-
Contamination, need to clean disks, caliper and pads with disk brake cleaner. Use white kitchen roll and when it stays white everything is clean. Sometimes the pads just have to be replaced.
The pads are worn down too far. Once they wear so far they will contaminate your rotors as you get down to the adhesive that attaches the pads to the backing.
If the brakes feel very spongey they may need bleeding.
Is this a reply to me?
Anyways when I brake they make a sliding noise of some sort
