I must confess I do that too, ill brake using the gears (brake lights makes your tactics too obvious!) to further add to their angst and should they try and overtake - well thats just not going to happen ...

guy driving a car gets overtaken by two other cars (presuming they were going quickly)

they have a knock and the lorry in front was somehow able to see that one car braked hard causing the other to crash

the slow moving lorry wasnt over taken by the other two vehicles and had the ability to block both lanes and stop the other car passing

seems a bit far fetched to me
