Roast Chicken

The bad bacteria on steaks comes from the cows poo. That gets into the cows stomachs and then onto the knives and grinders etc at the slaughterhouse. That's why you can eat steak that's only been cooked where the knives have been, but you should cook mince thoroughly.

My dad did a turkey the year before last and put a little bowl of water in the oven to keep it moist whilst cooking. It's definitely an engineers style of cooking and I'm not entirely sure the pros would recommend it, but it came out superbly!
