I actually do think Mugabe will give way to new leadership now. I get a vibe that he just doesn't want the hassle anymore, and will back down surprisingly quietly.

I live with a white Zimbabwean girl at uni. Her father was a white farmer killed under the rule of Mugabe. She hasnt been able to return to her nation since. Shes a really nice person and a good friend. I hope for her sake that he is removed, arrested and punnished.

i was watching bbc news last night and they showed a clip of mugabe and some of the electoral counters and some of his top men (i dunno which one said this) then one of them said no i dont think theres been any cheating from the leading party but the opposition lots of irregularities. my first thoughts were yeah they were free and fair that seems pretty irregular
