The fruit drink.. is it good for you?
I normally have a badish diet when it comes the drink, very little water and lots of fizzy drinks (mainly 3x 2litre tesco lemonade).
Decided that was bad and have changed and now drink about 6 litres of ornage + pinapple robinsons (1 juice to 4 water) and now my errm bowls are a bit looser.
So is robinsons juice drink good or bad for you?

I used to take my orange that strong as a kid but now I take it something like 1 part orange juice to 9+ parts filtered and/or bottled water. I've gotten quite used to the weaker taste but, as I said above, it's mostly out of necessity.
