Rollercoaster Tycoon World

Another delay eh? Nothing surprising there, but at least they're listening to beta feedback.

Wifes been asking me to get her a new Rollercoaster Tycoon game and i've just seen this is on CD keys for £16.79 so tempted, although ive heard it doesn't look great?
She wont be that bothered if its a bit crap anyway as long as its playable lol
 
Well i've got this on pre-order from CD-Keys for £16.79 no doubt that price will go up the closer it gets to actual release so it pays to grab it sooner rather than later. And if it turns out to be a flop then i'm not that much out of pocket. In regards to Planet Coaster. I will put in a order if we ever get a concrete release date.
 
Possibly something to do with people wanting a new RC game but not wanting to pay £50 for the early bird access of Planet Coaster.

Allowing them to do so is cutting their profits hugely though?

Surely if they think the game can sell for £35-50 they don't want it being sold for £14 as that's the price the majority will now only buy at.

I could be wrong but it doesn't scream confidence in your product allowing this kind of thing.
 
Oh dear. So after numerous delays and development changes, the game has now gone Early Access? Seems like it's last chance saloon for them.
