Rosie Jones

Absolutely awful. Only on the tv for obvious reasons. Feel sorry for the girl in fairness as she’s being led to believe she’s hilarious by bosses so they can tick a box.
Feel the same about the whole Clunk "comedy" thing. Saying something stupid in a deadpan manner over and over (and over) again to various people of vague subject matters relevance who have been paid to act dumb.
Why is this considered comedy....?

Comedians I particularly don't like:
Rosie Jones
Michael McIntyre
Alan Carr

Ones I like:
Stewart Lee
Bill Hicks
Frankie Boyle

Any suggestions who else I would find funny?

Jim Jefferies is my all time favourite comedian, followed by Dave Chappelle. Seen them both at the Hammersmith Apollo and they were without a doubt two of the funniest nights of my life.

Got to admit, I always have a good laugh when Micky Flanagans on. Great observational humour

We saw him a couple of months ago at the Hammersmith Apollo. It was his first gig in ages and he was very clearly off the boil. He wasn't rubbish by any stretch but when we'd been building him up over the years and set our expectations rather high, we left a bit disappointed.

Jimmy carr maybe if you like boyle.
but jimmy carrs newer stuff is pretty crap, the more he altered his face the less funny he became imo

Micky Flannigan has some good stand up, but I find it gets old pretty quickly, it's more like pub humour for the lads I guess.

Jo Brand used to be pretty funny before she got cancelled for a battery acid joke about politicians.

Goerge Carlin is probably the funniest American.

If you want some really dirty jokes, roy chubby brown

Al murrary if you want some educational pub humour

I’ve always thought Micky Flanagan’s timing was absolutely spot on.

He is good -

His delivery is brilliant, i think some of the best examples of his deliveries is the story when he went to mumbai and got dheli belly

Also the one about the cockney accent vs the New york american accent when he asked a girl out for the evening

That is one of the funniest 'lost in translation' jokes I've ever heard. And that you can see how it develops coming is great, but when he delivers the line and you hear how it sounds it's brilliantly funny.

Haven't seen Jim Jefferies but he is great. I've been lucky enough to see Dave Chappelle twice and he is just a master at his craft and story telling. Last saw him a couple of years ago when he toured with Chris Rock. I like Rock but seeing them back to back just shows you how many levels there are to that game.

Honorary mention for Russell Peters.

I do find her funny at times but I find that i'm guessing the punchline before she gets around to saying it, which detracts from the fun.

Jo Brand was never funny, "I'm a fat, ugly woman who nobody wants to shag" - the whole basis of her routines.

Jimmy Carr - but agree he is getting worse.
Frankie Boyle - some of his stuff had me roaring.

Guess i like the darker humour.

Lee Mack is very quick, Sean Lock almost as quick (not anymore).

Anyone with a dark and twisted view of the world, probably with right-wing leanings.
Ones I like:
Stewart Lee
Bill Hicks
Frankie Boyle

Which one of those is right-wing leaning :-)

Should add Lee Mack is just great on panel shows and 9/10 cats is usually pretty funny.
