Roundabout Question

The sign posted by BigglesPiP makes this perfectly clear. 12 o'clock rule applies, approach in the left hand lane.

That roundabout really needs converting into a spiral type, however.

Borderline really. No matter which lane you chose there is a chance the person next to you will do the opposite.

Strictly, using the left lane is correct but I would either boot it or slow down to make sure nothing is alongside me when the exit comes up.

Unfortunately the safest option (barring road rage) is to straddle both lanes then nobody's going to cut you up unless they're on a bike!

I'd be in the right-hand lane. Saves getting in the way of people in the 1st and 2nd exits.
As long as you're indicating left to turn off at the 3rd exit (so when you're at the 2nd, still in the right-hand lane), I don't see what the problem is.

Staying in the left lane that far is just annoying.
Same here. I'd move to the outside lane after the 2nd exit.

What's the point of a 2 lane roundabout if you drive in the outside lane half the way round. Just clogs up traffic.

The roundabout Is big enough for people to filter into the left lane if they are turning off, cutting across the left lane to exit is totally wrong unless there are road markings that move the traffic over.

It's like turning left off a duel carridgeway from the overtaking lane, op is completely correct as far as I can see.
