I love the *** the italians tried to emulate the heart that the reds did and failed abismaly. :D
Their commentator sounded just like that Italian bloke from Allo Allo.
Made me chuckle. :p

the italian version of the red arrows were great too, thought the american thunderbirds were a bit pants, and the typhoon, goddamn what a plane :) loud as hell with those afterburners on

awesome weather saturday afternoon, another lobster-face here :P

shame we didnt see proper thunderbird routine, they had to do the low level stuff becasue of the cloud cover, didnt clear up til the afternoon

loved the sound of 6 f16s taking off at once tho :)

Agree with you there. I liked the B1-B as well. You can see it coming towards you and there's nothing and then it gets over the top of you and the ground starts to shake.

Here's a few I took.

Is it me but the italian bloke was just taking the **** out of his pilots the entire way through, none of them were taking it seriously (in the good way), thats why their display was so good. :D

I missed most of the F16 display but heard the bloke talking on the radio, and all I can say is lighten up man! Have a bit of fun.

And yeah the eurofighter was the best solo display the entire day, just absolutely stunning what it can do.

I'll post a few pics in a minute. :)

Wow!

Some very nice pictures there guys :)

To those who went on Sunday ( I pulled out due to the forecast, wimp that I am). What were the weather conditions like in the end? Was the display curtailed in any way? Did the Oasis Jumbo perform it's display?

was there on sunday till about 2 oclock

was very overcast, everything flew tho, just the display teams had to do low level routines and there was no vertical takeoffs from the f15e etc :(

jumbo did a couple flybys
