Royal Mail problems/delayed mail

Generally when you get the mail in a plastic bag. the box they leave the mail in for the postie to collect has been broken into and the mail stolen.

It's usually damaged, most deliveries don't use boxes anymore, the mail/parcels are kept in the van and two people go around delivering from the van.

Royal Mail has been privatised now so surely it is a much better service.

Also everything will be "tracked" soon.

I don't have any problems with them around here they're great and always arrive before 12a.m.

Amazon Logistics, MyHermes/other cheapo courier, forget it. I refuse to knowingly use them as a courier as they rarely turn up I've at least 50% lost/missing deliveries.

The post has gone downhill here as well. If we are lucky 1st class takes 2 days to reach us and 2nd class 5 days but it often takes longer for both. The woman who delivers for MyHermes has started opening our front door and throwing the package through. She is then in the car before I can ask her to knock on the door in future.
