I've been up them a few times, the view from the top is nice. Its also cool to watch the planes line up for the Airport down the road

Shame they built the hills out of.. what can best be described as 'Dog Sh.it'

I'd guess around March-April time (before the show season starts)? And, it'll give people plenty of notice to book days off work or swap days!
