After 42 hours of mindblowing fast paced proper hardcore Ridge racing i have completed the whole world tour !

I did this without the help of nitros support making some of the races very hard

Anyone who has played this game will know this is no easy task i just wanted to share my pleasure

Not far from the end but lost my wragg with it and not gone back since I got Full Auto. Really must try to finish it! What's Nitros Support do anyways? I've always left it off.

Yeah I've always left Nitros support off too, no idea what it does :p

That's some achievment though, I got so bored with it.

If you have nitros support on you start with 3 nitros

It looks... repetative. Lots of tracks though, think I'll pick it up from the bargain bin in a few months time. Not paying the current price.

got it played one race, car seemed to be attacthed to the road with a bungee cord so gonna return it lol.

any yes i know rr series are arcade racing, but it felt nothing like the arcade games to me.

Ridge Racer 6 is a bit of a wierd game for me. It just feels very... shallow, and yet in my first week of owning it I played nothing else. It then got put aside when DOA4 came out and hasn't been touched since :o

i notice dthat when playing it in game. i could slide the back end round so the car was literally moving forwards, sideways (if that makes sence??) and yet still didnt seem to spin off?? maybe its cos im use to PGR and the fact that their both completly different styles of game, even so, it didnt quite seem right

You've got to give it more time. The first few races are too slow, once you get a bit into it the cars speed up and it's classing arcade action.

Are the tracks new in RR6? I'd consider getting it (plus a 360 :p) if they didn't just throw in the old ones again and again like in every other RR.

Yes all new tracks that look fantastic at a solid 60fps this game is not too everyones taste but for the few that master it its a real joy and in my oponion the best RR to date.

I really enjoy Ridge Racer on my 360, I find it a refreshing change to normal racing games.

Good work on completing the game, I'm working on that at the moment!! I'm sure the non crashing on single races for live points is going to be hard!!

Found out today it's only 15 original tracks, then those 15 backwards. The rest are made from splicing those 15 tracks together. Thats terrible.

PGR3 is like that though :p Most racing games are. They make a large environment, and then split & join roads to make multiple different tracks.

I think its 15 seperate tracks tho, then those 15 reversed. So '30' tracks, no other variations at all. Which isn't exactly good.
