RR6 360 i have done it!!

its not good but who cares its Ridge Racer and its the 1st true RR in the series on the xbox and not exclusive to Sony.

Now if we could have a new wipeout that'll make my day.

i've knocked up 41 hours so far and only got the final route to do, but the first track on it is my nemesis. i have always sucked at it, and its 100 times worse when its a special type car gurrrr.
Love this game though :D

got it played one race, car seemed to be attacthed to the road with a bungee cord so gonna return it lol.

any yes i know rr series are arcade racing, but it felt nothing like the arcade games to me.

Yup it felt like that when I was at a mates....

Then he said we were only using the first cars ;)

Few classes up and there you have ridge racer :D

I think this is far superior to PGR justa pity you have to start off with such slow cars.

I quite like the game, but there's one track area (multiple tracks in an area) that my car never seems to want to drift in, I go to drift and it smashes into the side, and just in case you didn't know - if u hit the side on a corner thats it, game over because you can't turn anymore, you just keep hitting it, bouncing off, hitting it, repeat until you finally exit the corner. Might try a dynamic car instead of standard.

decent game, not a touch on rage racer for the ps1 though ;)

that is so true, Rage Racer was my best RR game, even had that twisty namco controller, lol.

I would say this is the best since that although i think they made it a tad easier to do the powersliding now than back then, but non the less a excellent game in its own right

PGR3 is like that though :p Most racing games are. They make a large environment, and then split & join roads to make multiple different tracks.

I think its 15 seperate tracks tho, then those 15 reversed. So '30' tracks, no other variations at all. Which isn't exactly good.

Not really, because lots of each city has been modeled in PGR3 (even to the point you can create your own) and as a result, doesn't appear repetative, especially as you recognize landmarks and no 2 sections are the same. However, nearly all the tracks on RR6 are littered with the SAME landmarks.

PGR2 had something like 12 cities too =[.
