Rugby union?

Not sure I can call this game. Only seen SA play against Japan which skews how they look as they physically out at he'd then so much. Wales have looked disappointing so far, only really scoring when the other teams make mistakes.

Hopefully it will be an exciting one.

Small man? Erm, the majority of the smallest players are bigger than most average men, so I've no idea what you're on about!

Hence why I said international small man. Talking about their nations as a whole in the world scheme of things and the players being desperate to prove they have the biggest swinging member.

I’m pretty new to rugby but enjoying watching any sport. Never really cared for it but the last year I’ve been to Wales V Tonga and Bristol v Bath, intending to go to more, but I still don’t understand some bits.

What’s the purpose of a scrum and why so easy to concede a penalty? This South Africa number 9 seems to be keen of kicking it. More than any other team I’ve seen so far

Except when it comes to sport, South Africa are an absolute powerhouse able to compete on the world stage. Your comment still makes no sense. I guess you just felt like having a dig at two nations that you deem inferior.

This is a snoozefest, two physical teams repeatedly running straight at each other and playing ping pong. Might as well be league.

Can't see either of these two beating England if they repeat yesterday's performance.

Well, that's his job. He's the scrum-half and his job is to keep the ball moving between the players. Kicking the ball deeper is a way of gaining good ground when it's otherwise more difficult due to good defending because it's one of the only legal ways of moving the ball forward. The other is the rolling mail.

The scrum is used to restart play, and collapsing the scrum results in a penalty against the offending team.

Not sure I understand what Wales are up to at the moment. Every time they win the ball, they run straight back at the SA forwards.

It's Warren Gatland's plans A through Z. Keep running straight at the opposition and hope you're fitter over 80 minutes and space opens up eventually.
