Good score for England but I don't think England will play a poorer side in this tournament.

I broadly agree. Argentina let England stay in the game with the number of mistakes they made, but an element of that is the energy England showed in defence several players did showed more than they have in years. Earl, Tuilangi and Lawes were all ruthless.
