Yer I know what you mean, I really hate running, even when I'm listening to music that is inspirational I still struggle to keep on going. Any sport you could do that you really like? I always find it much easier to motivate myself to play football or tennis because there seems like more point to it than running.

tonight i just picked up a bike and managed 4ish miles and worked up a sweat etc but enjoyed it.

only thing with squash is it £7 per 40mins. and whilst trying to cut down what im spending and saving like crazy for 2 weeks in ibiza im going to end up spending more than i should be![]()


so im left with no1 else to go with![]()

Yeah, used to love it. Can't do anything atm because of this injury
Definately will once it's better though, I'd say it'll be at least 2 weeks before it's properly healed. Might ring the doctor again later, it does feel like it's getting worse if anything.

Do both preferably, but the best to lose weight is running.

Cross-training is great for CV fitness and working other muscle groups.
