Whatever you feel, some days go for a run, some for a ride.

currently 13.5stone and 5'11ish!
and very unfit lol
You'll easily shed as much weight as you want, and build up fitness. You can build your fitness within 2 weeks if you tried.
Get cycling every day, for an hour or so (sometimes more) and play a sport, tennis, squash, football etc what ever one you prefer playing. When you have free time again go for another ride/run.

Mate there's no way you're 5'11![]()
just wanna try and look half decent on holiday haha
going for a ride after work tonight.![]()
go for an hour or so atleast, get a speedometer thing to tell you how far you're going if you havent already!Goodgo for an hour or so atleast, get a speedometer thing to tell you how far you're going if you havent already!
thats what im crap at heheThe thing with cycling is you can just hope on it and go for a ride but hardly get the body going, you have to be going up some big hills or really go for speed.
Its easier on the joints but not as safe as running.
Running sheds pounds.

If I catch you with a pint in your hand tonight I shall be confiscating it.

thats all im having thursday at kevs party to!!
You bloody aren't.
