Rustler Burgers

I'd like to be able to cook and assemble one of those at work, and really sometimes when I get home from work at 8:30, the last thing on my mind is spending a heap of time preparing food.

I dont eat them often though, I mainly eat fresh foods and make sandwiches. Not a big fan of cooking, the effort:reward ratio is all wrong.
Oven food is okay for gaming, step one, afk to put food on tray, tray in oven. Back to game... collect when ready. Better quality and not really much more effort o_O.

Well I think these burgers cause some people problems regardless of whether their diet is balanced or otherwise, did for me. If it has to be ready food, why not a sandwich, 0 prep and I've definitely had much better shop made sandwiches than rustlers.

As for the e snobbery, suggesting real meat makes sense to me, not like theres suggestions about takeout from the delicatessen with the £25 surcharge o_O.

Anyways, my 2p.

Because I eat what I want to and not what some Nazi tells me to eat! If I want a Rustlers then I'll have one, if I want a nice healthy pasta and sweetcorn salad then I'll have one them and the same goes for sarnies too.

The short story is, no bugger tells me what to eat!

Steady on, no need to get so defensive, gamers and their rustlers relationships eh :D well, of course its your decision what you eat o_O anyway, its 3.35am and I'm starting to get hungry.. Decisons decisions :S

Plethora, is there something wrong with your eyes?

You seem to have one bigger than the other quite a lot... o_O

HOLY THREAD REVIVAL!

Was just sitting here eating my Rustlers burger when I decided to see if there was any threads on them (yes I know I am sad).

Stumbled across this one when I was about half way through my burger and it put me off big style.

Now I am still hungry with half a Rustler infront of me, dont know if I should eat it

I came home one day to be greeted by a horrific stench emminating form the kitchen, the familiar hummm of the microwave was going. I thought my drunken flatmate was microwaving his own vomit as some kind of test.

What came out of the microwave seemed much worse than vomit. I had to leave at the thought of consumming that level of nastiness.

They're awesome, they don't actually have much crap in them at all.

Basically, stop being a wuss and realise that you paid tuppence for a burger that doesn't really taste that bad :p

There was a big thread about these a while back, the general concensus then was that they were great! :D

agreed. they are just awesome. i love em :D

Rustlers burgers are great. I could happily live on them (except that they'd kill me) so I weaned myself off them.

eww. They're so nasty.

Ages ago, I remember having a Rustlers Chicken Tikka Naan bread thing. The less said about the aftermath, the better.

Rustlers for the win! They're bugger all effort to make, tasty and cheap! Perfect snack food imo.

I'm not a fan of 'Feasters' getting some shelf space now, theyre cheaper but not up to scratch. The rustlers BBQ rib is a culinary delight!

That's it! I'm stocking up on the things tomorrow, there's a food shop in Newcastle that sells them for £1 each and I happen to have to go up there for an interview tomorrow. I think I'll grab 10 each of the BBQ Rib burgers and ¼lber's. :D

The amount of additives in these things is shocking, never had one, never will.

I do quaterpounders that are 100% beef from M&S with a toasted bun and salad for me and the GF quite often, and it costs about £2 each!

Know what I would rather have.

Rustler burgers are not bad at all in the evening after many many drinks.. tastes well nice, but then again everythings does when your gone.

As for cooking your own the only way to cook a burger is on the BBQ, can't beat the taste! Any other way is just wrong and silly!

OMG MICROWAVE FOOD?!, as I'm a cyber chef, I suggest going to tesco and getting a packet of their crappy lean beef or steak, and making your own burgers, which still take at least half an hour including preperation, then get some lovely salad that's been sprayed with chemicals and garnish, with a lump of processed cheese, even though all you wanted was a quick snack, I can't comprehend that, and therefore insult rustlers and you. *goes off to make a thread explaining how to make a burger*
Haha, so true.

I'm a burger aficionado, in fact I make my own burgers from scratch all the time. That said though, in the early hours of the morning there is no way in hell that I'm standing in front of the stove preparing, cooking and assembling a burger. I'd much rather just hit 1:20 on the microwave and wait. :D
