I'm running 700/1100 no problem at the moment but I think there's a lot more left yet, don't want to go pushing it though untill I can set the fan speed also when above 700.
 
are you useing the stock cooler on the ATI card ?
and what drivers are you useing do you have the latest ATI hotfix driver
installed?
trying to get as much info as possible as ive ordered this card and it should arrive monday -tuesday
and is there any other sware you recomend i get for overclocking the card
ive heard there are issues with the fan on this card
any info you can give i would be gratefull.
 
Tried higher on both clocks but it hangs after 10 sec. Just finding out which is keeping it back :)
 
The limit was on the GPU. It benches fine at 800 but hangs right away at 825. I expect it is getting too hot - this is still with the stock ATI heatsink.

Memory is clocking well. Completed 3 x 3 loops of Crysis again at 1150 (2300/4600).

Going to clock the memory a bit more, but the GPU will have to wait until a decent cooler comes out :)
