Ryan Davis 1979 - 2013

Was great fun watching these guys act like big kids. Great on screen personalities. They were like a great comedy act.


I remember watching this live on the spot back in the day. Was in stitches.


I remember when Jeff got fired from Gamespot and Ryan was too upset to go into work knowing his friend will no longer be at the office. :(

Honestly though, to see one without the other, as they are literately like brothers when you see them, it just won't be the same. :(

Their hilarious Game of the Year 2012 stuff last year was awesome, the one with their reality TV dramatic documentary thing with Jeff being the unstable mental gamer and Ryan being his friend and caretaker. :D
 
And that there is a pretty good example of why I don't like using social media websites, when records of irony like that will forever be floating around so as long as the Internet exists.

That really is just not funny at all and to think it would come back at him.

Who would've known huh? :(
 
I'm completely stunned by this. I've listened to the Giant Bomb Cast every week for a good few years now. It feels like someone I know has died. :(

Can't believe he was only 34 too. RIP Ryan.
 
Yeah from top to bottom, my guess are;

Heart Attack/Health Related
Accident
......or one I hope that shouldn't happen to anyone on their vacation/honeymoon, cause of confrontation with somebody.

Same, he provided hundreds of hours of free entertainment and really seemed like a great guy, it so ****** up that he'd only just got married as well. Norm from tested tweeted so wedding pics and Ryan looked so happy, really a horrible loss.

RIP Ryan :(
 
Seen it on a tweet by Jonathon Blow and though, he aint the kind to make jokes like that, and read it a few times.

Not big on RIP 'celebrities' but he will be missed.

That said, i am curious about the whole thing though, leaving it so long, his missus' tweets, even Jeff's.....
