The only thing the administrator would be culpable for is if (if it came to it) he was requested to hand over the IP address and registration details of the person who posted it. However, if the poster was a regular pleb and said "A mate told me X" or "I heard Y", it wouldn't even come to that.

It's always been unlikely that the person who has a superinjunction would go after all the people who break it if they are numerous but it is still a choice of the site owner whether they do or do not want to encourage such activities.

I would suspect that because OcUK is in England and that by allowing someone to post speculation of who's doing who then they are 'publishing' those opinions and breaking the court order.

The man i feel sorry for is his brother

A) his brother did the unthinkable. Sleeping with his wife for ... 8 WHOLE years. One night of passion is bad, having a several month affair is terrible. But EIGHT WHOLE YEARS ?? Thats one massive amount of treachery on her behalf.

Perhaps it was a misquote, but I not hear yesterday the affair was 8 years, but she was only married to his brother for 10 months?


Perhaps that was incorrect, but frankly, I find it hard to care at all.
