Ryzen "2" ?

Well stock performance of the 2700X looks fantastic, and seems to be all but matching a stock 8700K in gaming. Intel's only advantage now is it's ability to overclock to the 5GHz range. Once AMD's 7nm Zen2 rolls around it's going to get spicy :D

Also it appears that it's not even worth OC'ing the Ryzen 2's, just drop in and enjoy!

seems to me for Pure gaming from Ryzen 2nd gen its 2600/X over 2700/X like last time around - though didn't think this would change . but jump from 3.8ghz average overclock to 4.2ghz is nice with average ram speed of 3000 jumping to 3466hz .

seems from 2400hz to 3466hz is the based scaled up , not much more in going 3600hz and 3200 still nice as ever with its pricing

i5 8400 just got even better value gaming chip wise.

waiting for OEM 8500 chips to roll out !

All looks pretty good to me since I game at 4k then I will always be GPU bound and thus will not have to worry about the extra FPS that the 8700k does get.

Makes waiting for Ryzen 3 (Zen2) to be worth it for next year tbh.
